Ever wanted Laurie in your back-pocket? It’s something she’s heard time and time again; “can you come work here?” Well now, she can!

Carried out over a minimum of six months, the Behavior Integrations Pathway Program is Laurie’s version of going all in. Only accepting 2 clients a year into this program, she will become your shelter’s ambassador, cheerleader, and program facilitator. The entire program is customized to achieve results for your shelter.

By looking at your shelter from top to bottom, Laurie figures out how to implement strategic systematic changes to current operations and build a customized framework bringing long-term solutions to your shelter and community, embracing what we all want - increased adoptions and decreased euthanasias.

Starting your shelter’s pathway planning for each dog at or even before intake, Laurie will create a journey through your shelter which minimizes risk, increases welfare, and sets each dog up for success. Laurie’s programs are made to be inclusive in a way that engages staff and volunteers in a way that helps them feel successful in their role and part of the bigger picture, even on their hardest of days.
