Shelters sometimes begin large projects with the best intentions, but realize there isn’t enough time in the day to full flush it out and make it come to fruition without planning into years beyond. Sometimes project outlines are completed, but implementing it is part of the struggle. Or maybe, it’s just an idea that needs help getting off the ground.
I’ve helped overhaul and incorporate behavior-forward practices into volunteer training programs, daily animal care procedures, medical in-take procedures, and so much more. Give me an idea, a project, or even just some tools, and I will get a plan together and off the ground in no-time!

Did your behavior manager director resign, or do you need a stand-in animal care manager to keep things flowing while they take an extended LOA? Maybe you need a short-term assistant to help your manager get a behavior project moving forward on a faster time-line. This is your opportunity to hire me to work directly with your team, on your schedule and timeline.
I jump right into the framework of the team, collaborating with and on behalf of your shelter’s behavior or animal care team, maintaining daily work flows and operations, while also updating and upgrading program as needed.
Length of program: 2 month minimum
